Need tiny javascript code to change radio selection, and fix responsive issue.

I have two issues two solve. To see the issues, first, add an item to your shopping cart, then go to this page: [login to view URL] First issue -- I created a box on my checkout page that shows shipping rates. It only works fine if the browser window is large. But it's not RESPONSIVE. If you make the browser window small, or use a cell phone or small screen, the checkout buttons overlap this box I created. See attached screenshots. Need to fix this box to be responsive. Second issue -- On my checkout screen, PayPal is selected as default option. Need to write a JavaScript code that makes the "Credit Card" selected as the default option when the page loads. I tried to do this myself, and got it to work, but the checkout process was broken from my JavaScript. Need to write a JavaScript that makes the default selection the credit card (see attached screenshot). We cannot edit the ASP or the HTML... so this must be done using JavaScript or other trick we can insert into the page.
