New Features: - See the File uploaded for all new screens - Also need a list of tasks to be shown to all users when they login (all tasks can be seen by all users) - Any user can add a task or set a task as completed - Also need Email Settings and ability to send emails to customers - Finally allow admin user with the right role to view the following reports: > INCOMES Table that has all income (received and deferred, and used) > INCOME / Income from Treatment & Invoicing (Report with following specifications: date range, item group, branch, income type) > Expenses Report (Report with following specifications: date range, item group, branch, income type) > Daily Report (Branch) - Sales for the Day split by Treatment Groups - Total paid today split by Payment terms / method - Total Paid but Unused ( Un-Alloc Amount from Treatment Header) - Total Unpaid (Remaining Value) > P&L Report (monthly) based on Income and Expense Data > Cashflow Report showing deferred Income / Prepayments / Future Supplier Payments I would want to see projects you have done and we must discuss the above project points to ensure everything is clear. I also need to know when you can start and how long it will take you to finish. I need someone who is flexible who appreciates that a few enhancement here and there are to be expected, and I will always be available to help design the database tables and the screens.
