Looking for a WordPress Security & .htaccess Expert

I currently have an emergency situation. I have approximately 50 Plus WordPress websites that I am not able to log into, view or edit properly. I made a change to the htaccess which was working fine but now all of a sudden will not allow me to login to the backend or make changes. Even after changing all of the code back to the original htaccess, my website is showing up as forbidden. Really confused and extremely frustrated. I've also tried disabling the plugins along with reverting the htaccess code back to the original and still no luck. With the htaccess security that was added I'm able to view the website (from my ip) but I am not able to login or make any changes if logged in. Essentially what we are looking to do is block access to our back end from any other IP than our own but still allow googlebot, bingbot etc to index and crawl our website. All we are looking for is a solution for one site that we can apply to the remainder of our websites. The security in the htaccess must be able to do the following. -protect from SQL injection -block any outside access to the htaccess file -only allow my IP in the backend -deny any modifications to files on the server that are not requested by me. also deny all external post requests from bots. -website must be accessible from all ip's All of the above is already configured in the .htaccess, although is not working properly. *Please reply with "#htaccess" somewhere in your post so that I knwo you read it. *No milestone over 50% will be accepted.
