Research for Appropriate Photos

There are approximately 50 pages of html documents, each with many news headlines on the pages. I need a conscientious researcher to compare the meanings of the News headlines to the availability of photographs from istockphotos and bigstockphotos and pick the most suitable photograph matching in meaning with each news headline and then paste them side by side with each news headline, remove the old current photo there, and also paste the Full Url exactly of the particular photo chosen from these 2 sites, into the row just beneath the photo you pasted in, to serve as link reference to the photo later. Payment conditions: ***************** Payment in 5 phases of 20% milestone each, instead of one lump sum. However, advantage is that each milestone will be created BEFORE the next 10 pages of html documents are to be uploaded with photos by you. All the 5 milestones will be released when the project is completed up to the 50 html pages. Need the research person to be savvy with html just enough to be able to: --> Replace old photo on the html documents with new photo selected from the 2 sites mentioned above (ie istockphoto and bigstockphoto). *********************** (Note: Hope you know what that means to replace photos on the html documents.)
