The attached file includes all of our requirements. Most of the requirements will be very easy for a developer with experience with smarty, zend, xml, html, and javascript. A few of the requirements are a bit more involved and my take a time to implement. Our site is a highly customized version of the Meeplace template (see [login to view URL]) Please do not bid if you are not capable of doing this job by the date you agree to complete all tasks. If you bid on this project, you are agreeing not to share any of our files or software code with anyone else if we award this project to you. Feel free to ask any questions before bidding. Budget will not be increased after we accept offer if winning bidder did not fully understand any of the requirements.
