Javascript & SmarterTrack Developer needed

Hello freelancers! I would like to customize the app called SmarterTrack. This project is not difficult if you are an expert. You can download and install a full version here: [login to view URL] Here are the installation instructions: [login to view URL] Note: Once you install SmarterTrack here is the file I think you need to edit:C:\Program Files\SmarterTrack\SmarterTrack\MRS\dist\js\portal\[login to view URL] I want to customize the SmarterTrack chat widget so that it has tabs at the top. One for the KB, one for chat, one for tickets, and one for phone, which will have a click to call button on it. See [login to view URL] for a simple mockup. I also want the KB articles on the KB tab to display within the widget window, meaning, if you search the KB in the KB tab of the widget window then click on an article title from the search results, the article loads in the widget window, not another page. We can accomplish this by using the svcKB web service on this page: [login to view URL] For the ticket form on the ticket tab, you can use the svcTicket webservice here: [login to view URL] As I said, the code for the chat tab is already in the widget, so you don't need to use a webservice for that tab.
