I need modification and transferring to a new environment of a program named "Form" in MsAccess (Forms), the name of the new program should be Laboratory and should do the following: . The developer must follow the rules of an Assess form (the .MDB is ready and functional) . Briefly the main function that should do the form is adding new Record(s)-Patients in a network environment and then adds new examinations (EXAM field from related table) to the new added Patient. Secondly in this form the user should be able to add result into the appropriate fields. All of these could shown by the program, is an Access form, but needs improvement The program should be able to work in a network environment by adding patients from different workstations without conflict (I’ll supply detailed instructions of how I want) 1. I can supply the programmer with detailed instructions on what should do for adding new Records 2. I have the msAccess .MDB that can do some of the above but of course needs modification in the new platform. 3. The Forms should work in a network front-back like MySQL or SQL or other relational database. Of course forms should modified and work on one of those relational databases. Also I should need a way to manage reports for printing I have the reports in Access and all I want its a way to manage them through new program. I'll upload .MDB and instructions after request of the coder. Also I can invite, remote, the coder to saw him the program . After finishing of the main program (actually there are one main and one second, forms) I should need a fine tuning of them because, in my experience always is a need for this. Also I should need help with deployment and connection with SQLs. The project needs understanding, because I don’t pay for time but only for finished work, so I should need a brief draft from the coder of what he is going to do, before I accept him as a winner
