Website Update Using Wordpress Divi Theme

I have been in advertising and marketing in the US for close to 30 years and am looking for an off-shore long term partnership that will handle the implementation of what the client and I have agreed to. This will primarily be to take the pictures, content, etc. and churn out an eye appealing design using WordPress, and more than likely the DIVI theme of WordPress. Currently I have 79 domains that all need to be updated. 5 are redesigns of existing sites. I have been doing the work myself, but they don’t come out as polished and professional as I need them to be. In order for me to sell more sites and marketing services, they have to be flawless. These initial sites will serve as my showcase as to quality of work. Specifically you will be responsible for: 1. Creating the new look for the sites including color schemes and flow. 2. Creating sites that are ssl compliant. 3. Creating the favicon and including that. 4. You will use only graphics provided by us as to avoid copyright infringement laws. 5. You will be responsible to achieve 100% or better on GTmetrix for all tests. 6. You will be responsible to create and present a maintenance plan for domain that will include a schedule for any database maintenance, etc. We will start with a single domain and base future projects on the results of that. While this project is a SINGLE site update, I am looking for a permanent working partner who can handle the technical details and allow me to handle the marketing details.
