Virtual Home Tours

Sage Homes Northwest builds and sells homes in Seattle, WA. We are looking to provide better service to our customers by giving them an opportunity to experience a virtual tour of the home. We build many unique homes each year and are looking for solution that allows our customers to make more informed buying decisions. Many of our customers are first time home buyers and providing a virtual tour will make it easier for them to understand if the home is right for them. I would prefer the virtual tour to show similar finish colors as are found in this matter port tour. The tour does not need to show the exterior of the home. We produce about 60-80 unique homes per year and I will be looking to eventually have virtual tours completed for all of our homes. The first stage of this project is to have a tour produced of one of our homes. Once we complete this project, I will be expanding the scope of work to additional homes so this will be an ongoing project. I have CADD files and PDF files of the homes to work from. Our typical home is three stories. They range from 1,250 square feet to 2,200 square feet. They typically have a large open living/kitchen and dining area on one floor and bedrooms and bathrooms on the other two floors.
