Simple Graphic Design Manipulation and Brush Work

Using these images I have manipulated please fix them up and make them more fantasy-like. Please only use brushes to do this and or parts of the image. For testudo I would like the image to be more chaotic with lava or something running down the stairs (you can use the water to do this or snow and manipulate it) you can also add splashes and make it a dramatic acid rain with splashes in water. For the building image please just spruce it up - there is a PSD of a guy you can put into one of the windows. You can also make this scene night or whatever you feel will work. For the betesh picture I would like there to be helicopters and more motion - there are two images you can add to use for the background to add people and also tree/houses. Please tell me the ideas you have for each. I need this done within 2 hours so please keep that in mind when bidding. And make sure to check out the files and to understand what I am looking for.
