60 second video for a charity foundation

Its a charity hospital relates to a "masjed", we need to make a 60 sec video, which will be viewed on a big screen in the street. The aim of this video as a an advertisement is to collect donations to complete building the hospital. So we plan to make this video with two scenes; the first scene to show how the patients suffer from neglecting and from the poorness, the second scene will send a message which tells that we are making a great, clean, modern hospital. at the end it will be a message in arabic which says (Support us to help patients- Al Tawheed Hospital For Al patients) but in arabic, I will send all text in AI. Between the two scenes I hope to make any scene which will reveal to the transition from the darkness to light.
