Dear esteemed freelancers, We are Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC), an organisation in-charge for the successful implementation of the Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) Malaysia in Cyberjaya. The Digital Malaysia is a national program to advance the country towards a developed digital economy by 2020. It will create an ecosystem that promotes the pervasive use of ICT in all aspects of the economy to connect communities globally in order to developed digital economy that connects and empowers government, businesses and citizens. One of the project under the Digital Malaysia initiatives is the eRezeki Project that was launched in 2015. eRezeki is a Digital Malaysia initiative aimed at connecting Malaysians to digital income opportunities. Through eRezeki, individuals will be trained to perform digital tasks that suit their skills-set and become part of a competitive digital workforce. Thus, in order to scale-up the implementation of the eRezeki Project, we are implementing High Impact Program to the targeted communities in 2016. The High Impact Program main purpose is to coach, mentor and nurture a full time crowd workers that are able to earn stable income of more than RM2,000 monthly consistently. The first approach for the High Impact Program is by leveraging existing Malaysian freelancers in the global crowdsourcing platforms such as Freelancer.com and [login to view URL] by providing relevant incentives and engagement as the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Master Trainers and Mentors to other new freelancers. The second approach is by implementing the High Impact Training (HIT) Program to train new potential freelancers to become successful freelancers in global platforms.
