I understand that you're looking, really, for photography services, or for someone who has a thinkstock or Getty Images license.
What would work best for your needs would be to have a photographer work with the jeweler to set up a photo shoot of their merchandise. If you're interested in doing holiday themes, then photos for a Winter Spread could include, really, any piece of jewelry on a white background, and then snowflake graphics could be imposed on the photo. Or holly. For Valentine's Day, photos of the jewelry on a red pillow, or any heart-shaped pieces. Mother's Day - any multi-stone pendants or rings (because each stone would represent a child).
The images would just then need to be retouched in Photoshop and converted to a web format. But I just wanted to throw out there that you would likely be happiest having photos taken, and then having them retouched. That way the jeweler could also use the photos in print material, which could help with overall branding. Good luck.
