Magazine covers for a property management company.

This is related to another project about copywriting that I just posted. Please note that if you can supply copywriting and graphic design you should bid on both projects if you are interested. The designs are for for A4 pages. The front cover and back cover plus the inside front cover and inside back cover. Stock photos are supplied. Text is supplied (unless you are also doing the copywriting for this job) and the logo and other text as well as corporate design guidelines will be provided as they are part of a franchise. Details: For a real estate company that does rental management especially holiday resorts. 250 to 350 words. Please note, there's also a related project on gaf about the graphic design that this copywriting will go with. If you can do both, please indicate. Files are required in CMYK format with bleed and trim marks. The trim size of the magazine is 210x297mm. When preparing the cover artwork it should be prepared ready for print and this particular client is ordering two different magazines. The 3 pages are completely common between the two sets of covers. Only the picture should need changing on the front cover of the second set of artwork. One magazine has a 9mm spine and the other magazine is saddle stitched and thus has no spine.
