Illustration changes needed to t-Shirt design (illustrator)

We have a T-Shirt from our event last year that we would like to update. The design is done in Illustrator. The original design has our mascot and a tukey standing on a stadium. We would like to add some tiny children playing on and around them. I've attached the original and a sketch of what we'd like the final to look like. - This design is in 3 colors. Only white, black and orange are allowed. - This is American football (look up images) which is played with a different looking ball and the ball is thrown, not kicked. - Do not include helmets on the players. - Try to have both girls and boys playing. - Original illustrations should be used, not clipart. Sketch Description: In the sketch there is a football field added to bottom with two large pumpkins. On the ends of the field are the words 'Flag Football' and 'Fanatics'. On the field children playing football. In the back of the field some parents are watching, sitting and taking photos. In the sky there is a plane with the banner 'GO FANATICS!' and a child holding onto balloons that floating away. There are children sitting or playing around the stadium too. The final should be presented in Adobe Illustrator (CS 5 please). If you have questions about the project please let me know.
