Graphic Designer or Sketch Artist Wanted

I am looking for sketch artists or graphic designers to virtually participate via Skype for my workshop which will be conducted at 10/19(Mon) 15:30 to 16:30 (Japanese Standard Time). You must be available to chat via VIDEO Skype during the following dates for a quick interview and for me to check your broadband connection: 10/17(Sat) Evening from 8PM-11PM 10/18(Sun) Afternoon from 1PM-5PM (all in Japanese standard time) During the workshop, you will be working LIVE with 7-8 participants via Skype and design a poster. Since you'll only have about an hour to actually sketch it out, you'll be hand sketching using a pad with shared screens. No need to finalize the sketching. I will be hiring 3 sketch artists/graphic designers since there will be three groups working on the poster. At the end of the workshop, the participants will present your work and vote to decide the winner. Your job is done as the workshop is finished but if you win, I will pay you extra (will be negotiated beforehand) to finalize your rough sketch. Here are the requirements for this project: 1. Broadband connection Since you will appear on video Skype, you will need a good broadband connection. 2. Communication Skills You do not need to be a native English speaker but since you will be heavily communicating with the workshop participants, you will need good communication skills. 3. Fixed schedule You will need to be available for video Skype on 10/17(Sat) Evening from 8PM-11PM or 10/18(Sun) Afternoon from 1PM-5PM (all in Japanese standard time) and if hired 10/19(Mon) 15:30 to 16:30 4. Bid amount You will need to be present for 1.5 hours and I am willing to paying you a fixed amount up to US $30 (you'll only be sketching for an hour).
