I do have a question, is the layout already done or not? If you prefer I can also provide you an ePub (eBook) version of your book that you can upload to IngramSpark. I do have a friendly advice for you, there are a lot of online distributors out there but IngramSpark is one of the only ones that use 240% ink limit. Make sure whoever you choose is aware of this and knows how to export for IngramSpark (you need a customized color profile) otherwise your files will get rejected.
