My name is Eleanor and I'm from Melbourne, Australia. I have been a UX Designer for over 12 years, having worked with and for large companies in Australia including the Australian Football League (AFL), Fosters Group, Telstra, NAB, eBay, Coles, REA Group to name a few.
My strengths are designing user workflows, customer journey maps and wireframes to ensure that users can complete tasks and their experience is simple and enjoyable. I have designed web-based applications, websites, mobile sites and apps.
One of the most recent projects I worked on for the AFL and Telstra was a mobile subscription service for users to purchase and watch football matches live on their mobile. Conversion was the most critical element of this design, and has generated millions of subscribers (and dollars) for AFL and Telstra.
My focus is on getting the user experience right, and I propose to do this through low-fidelity designs (black & white) rather than highly-polished graphic design. The final deliverable will be a black & white, clickable prototype in Axure (or MockUps) which can be used to visually communicate the intention of the product and also conduct usability testing prior to development - which I would strongly recommend, but would not be inclusive of this proposal.
Please note: this is the first time I've bid on a project so please advise if any further information might be required :)
