Design a business 'caricature' of myself

Quite a simple project here - I am needing a caricature of my head done - with an existing body template for it to be fitted upon, or a new body template for you to create if that's easier. The purpose of this is for business, the existing trend of the business is that each new adviser in the company has their own caricature made up and it goes on a lot of their marketing stuff. So there is room down the track for more small projects that paint me in different stances/situation. For now though - I am providing the existing artwork that we use for one of our established advisers - ideally mine will look similar to this, but it does not need to be. It just needs to not be too ridiculous (I know how some caricatures get) because it needs to be *somewhat* flattering rather than scare people off. But also a lighthearted, doesn't-take-himself-too-seriously vibe is the end goal of this. I have also attached images of myself - for now I just want two images; one with just my head (no shoulders etc) and one full body of myself in a navy blue suit (and a red tie) with my hands behind my back, similar to the style of the existing caricature also attached. May need to further discuss this with prospective artists for this job - so by all means get in touch. It shouldn't be a tough job hence the relatively low pay for it.
