Create a website with user database -> uploading and interacting with content / similar 9gag but smaller

I need someone to help me creating a website for a growing overwatch community. Depending on how good the page will run (expecting traffic of about 5000/month) I will probably work with you for longer to expand and change the page. The page should be run on the cms wordpress. Depending on what works easier we will either use an existing theme or create one. The website should contain: - newsfeed (wordpress) - content posted by users (like 9gag) -> logging in via Facebook or creating an account using e-mail -> posting pictures, videos and gifs -> voting and comment content from other users - Overwatch API to look at other players accounts using search for battlenettag If you see yourself capable of creating a page with all these features, let me know. Due to the page starting off as a small page, we might first start out having a few features and as the page grows, adding more features. The price - quality ratio should be ok. Like i said, for the beginning i dont expect a master work. I have a low budget, when applying please include a price. We try keeping the price as low as possible using prebuild themes. We basically mostly need you to create a possibility of logging in a database, posting content and interact with content.
