I need a new creative & simple cattle skull with horns that I already have for you to use. And the texture design I also have in mind and want you to use from another cattle skull as a sample for you to copy from. This artwork is to be 100% ai. vector format & title text too. This "Cattle Skull with Horns" art project pays $200.00. Those who are asking more then $200.00 for this art project, DO NOT SUBMIT. You will signed my copyright agreement & also the Freelancer IP Agreement for transfer of the artworks. In the file attachment you'll see just a sample of a basic cattle skull with horns so you'll have a better understanding of what I need. Keep in mind though I do have my own cattle skull & horns. 80% of the art project I have for you is just a trace-over line-artwork of the image I already have. The only creative artwork I'm asking of you is to create a new texture design copy from one cattle skull to another which would be my cattle skull. I will put $100.00 into the Milestone account when you sign on to my art project. When you have completed the Cattle Skull with Horns art project and send me a pdf format of the artwork, I will then give you my approval. If it's 100% & I like it, then I will release you the first payment of $100.00 out of a total of 2 payments. Then my next step will be to submit another $100.00 to the Milestone account for your final payment. You are to signed my copyright agreement & IP agreement when you release me the art project in ai. vector format first before I release you the second and last payment of $100.00 which will make a total of $200.00 for the cost of the artwork. You wish to check on my payment records then I suggest you to ask Rogelio B. who is a very fine artist for Freelancer.com as proof. He too was PAID IN FULL. I will not do this any other way. I prefer the artworks first then you'll have your final payment release to you as agreed on. I will have you sign a NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) also before the art project begins.
