Build A Website on a appliance Unit

Hello - I need to have a website build for a appliance unit (like a raspberry pi) The web portal should have the following features; A) Ability to change the internal IP on the appliance itself and be persistent after a reboot. - (similar to the features on a wifi/Router) - must be validated on a raspberry pi. B) Must be able to run various python/Bash scripts - 4 in total (I will provide this and a VPS server with root access for development) - Today the configuration is done via CLI but I it to be more "user-friendly" and need the features to be included in the web GUI. C) login page (Username + Password) OS will be Linux Ubuntu, program language should preferable be Python/flask - alternative PHP. If possible please link to previous jobs done by you in the past This will be the first assignment (pilot), if the collaboration and chemistry works between us - you will get a lot of work afterwards, when we go from pilot to full project mode .. please bid accordantly.
