Build a Website

I need someone to design a website for a HIGH END POP CONCERT. The website should have the event bio on one page, then a live page which can be updated with info on the support acts when they are announced... Also a page for the artist with links for people to watch the promo interviews around the project Also a page based around the artists hit record which got to number 7 in the commercial pop charts last October and finally, a page where people can buy tickets online and add a programme should they wish to do so There also needs to be a contact section should anyone have any questions that they want me to answer.... Not an amazing budget for this it's a very important job. If your a creative person who feels you have the IT skills and vision to help drive traffic to the right places of the webpage and have a passion for helping to support up and coming pop artists then I want to hear from you! I've uploaded the image that is going to represent the event.. I would like the Website to be based around this as this is the event's Artwork.
