Build requests Website

We are requesting a very simple classic ASP or ASP.NET website to handle pilot’s requests in a small airline line time limit 3 days maximum and price between $30 to $90 maximum The database design will be provide and it will be 3 tables The front end website will handle these tables Tables will be (Users, Flight and request) "Exact names and SQL dump for tables will be provided no need to worry about database” Interface needs to be modern grey and light blue colors. We need the website to add, edit and remove entries in theses tables. *we will have some users and some flights and user will be able to edit his basic information *only admins will be able add, edit or delete users and flights *admin will be in the same users table but with admin privilege based on the value in the admin columns in the users table *we need the users to be able to select a date and request one of the available flights on that date Of course only none selected flights by other users on that date will be displayed. We need the admin to have an option to generate a pdf report or a printable grid to see what Each user selected on each date and be able to print it. Users will be divided based on their rank (pilots and captains) based on the value in the rank column 0 or 1 So each can choose to be scheduled on the same flight. In other words when a captain chooses a day to see available flights you only need to display the flights That is not selected for that date by captains and the same goes for pilots. This is a quick idea about what needs to be done of course others options can be added that will be based on you and what you can offer Offers will be considered by only who can speak good English
