build a landing page

We are land surveyors who supply site plans for renovators and developers. Much of our work is referred to us from architects. This is too late in the process. Our best work is for someone who is looking to "start" the process. They use our plans for lots of addition uses before engaging the architect. Unfortunately most renovators or first time developers don't know they need the plan and struggle through the early stages. We are looking to interrupt their searching for starting of the process with a google ad-words campaign. The main search term is builder or designer, never surveyor. They may be happy to see an add about a plan to start the process. They would be completely surprised to see an ad for a surveyor. That would require an education process. Our google ad is going to be ... start your renovation like an expert, avoid problems.... , or get the renovation you really want... etc. I have included some photos and some text. we have had some profession website people look at this. They completely got it wrong and did a landing page for our website. We want a landing page for someone wanting to start a reno with a plan.
