Build a CMS website for brand "H2 Power"

** $350 AUD project ** As a web designer myself, I don't have the time to start/complete this project. So I'm chasing an ongoing web designer resource to build clients of mine here in Australia, their websites. I would prefer a Joomla template design for this client, but I'm happy with WordPress as well. I'm basically chasing a website that will attract business people who control Australian fleets of trucks that might be interested in saving significant amounts of money through a new patented technology using Hydrogen. Someone who has an explorer personality, is willing to adopt new concepts before others. I want a CMS system, so I can easily update content. The project will be in 3 phases, where no first payment will be made until the website has been built without content and security tested, amongst a few other areas. I am looking for someone who knows what they're doing and there is more work. So whilst I appreciate that this project is not high value, others will be. This is really a test for a web designer, get this right, I'll use you on a regular basis. Other Freelancers work with me, as well as Fiverr resources work with me on a regular basis.
