Build a cloud music Website

Hi, Check the following requirement: We would like to develop a virtual hard drive or a cloud drive based on Amazon server exclusively for Music files. The drive would be accessed by a website front end where user would be able to upload their songs or put URLs of the songs the find online and save them in their personal backup hard drive. Here are some important points 1) The website would have a user area where all their music would be shown and user would have option to either play them or download them on any computer they access their drive from. 2) The website should be same in function just like www.mymusiccloud.com. Our interface and a few details and features would be handled differently. 3) The user would have options to login into their Google Drive/One Drive/Dropbox from within their account on the website and import all the music into their music Drive. 4) Some obvious features like a. Payment plans. b. Data limit per payment plans. c. Maximum customization and complete user details in the backend area. d. Inbuilt streaming players on the website etc would be required It is important to use data and size saving technologies on the server end, which could be S3, or any other server required. For example, if same files are uploaded by multiple users, they should be only stored once saving as much data on server as possible. It is also important to choose plans, which would incur least possible hosting charges while providing well for the required features. We plan to give 500 songs a user for free initially to start off with.
