we have a lot of requests that come from all over the company's locations. we need to make this an online service. In order to do that we need the following to be done :
* The employee must create an account.
* Th employee must use his /her employee number
* If the number exists in the database automatically his information will appear to him (name, ID # , employment date, nationality ..etc ) this will be provided by us to be the database behind the web-based system.
* Th employee must enter his mobile number. A 2-way authentication must be done to make sure the employee is the one who requested the letter.
* if the employee number doesn't exist, the system will block him from going forward.
* based on the letter requested, the required letter with the information will be automatically filled.
* It will go to the concerned personnel employee to review it and click on a button as approved
* It is then it will be sent for a manager to finally approve it, his signature will appear on the document automatically.
* The employee who requested the letter can print it once. Once it is printed it will disappear from his account.
* The history of the request will remain and the letter itself after being approved will remain in personnel employee history to be reprinted any time he wants it with the date approved.
* yellow shows the information that is always changeable.
this work needs to be done in one week as it is a simple task.
