Hello there, It goes without saying, but my current bid is a shot in the air, as I don't have the details on what is required yet. Pardon me if I didn't get you, but when you wrote "Must be black and from America" did you mean the animated character or the animator himself? If you meant the latter then please ignore this proposal and excuse me for the error. If you meant the character, that's doable, and even a native voice-over is easily possible.
