I'd like to build a site something similar to a [login to view URL] or bascially a site that features Real Time Bidding (RTB) and can be linked into various ad exchanges such as Google's DoubleClick, Rubicon etc. The site will need to feature a members area where a user can signup, create campaigns, manage creatives for each campaign, set budgets and targeting options, pause campaigns, delete campaigns, run reports, fund their accounts etc. An admin account should be able to run their own campaigns as well as manage all aspects of member accounts. For this project I need the real time bidder build as well as the site for member designed and integrated. I do not currently have any contacts with the exchanges so someone with experience launching or building something like this is necessary.
