Marketing assistant - email and CRM management

We want to build a long term relationship with a professional virtual marketing assistant to work with our management consulting and training company. We are seeking a self motivated, responsible person that has attention for detail, is very organized and savvy with virtual online tools. Candidate should have excellent communication skills with a warm and friendly personality. This is an ongoing position for the right person who enjoys working in positive and uplifting environment. There will typically be 10 hours per month. Initially we will only be posting one email campaign per month, however the role may grow with time to include other functions. Hours may vary according to company activity and your performance. Functions Email marketing campaign management CRM data management Developing customer targeted lists within CRM Social media marketing management Wordpress maintenance - posts and pages Wordpress landing page development A/B testing on landing pages and email marketing Critical Skills Required Excellent spoken and written English Email etiquette Tools Experience with some of these tools will be an advantage; Infusionsoft Facebook Twitter, Linkedin Wordpress Asana, Skype Gmail, Google Drive. Hours of Work Many activities can be completed in your own time.
