EXPERIENCED YouTube & Twitter Skin Designer

I'm looking for a long term YouTube, Facebook and Twitter skin designer to partner with. I will do ALL the copywriting, provide 99% of the ALL the images and layout (in Word) as well as provide examples links and screenshots. We will collaborate and integrate your extensive creativity and graphic design skills to use my direct response marketing design and copywriting experience I bring. I will pay $115.00 for high end matching Twitter and YouTube skins, you must install them as well. The YouTube designs will always have lots of clickable links up to ten live links to be set up. Example [login to view URL] With Facebook they will usually always be with video embeded and I will pay $175 for all three social media designs ordered at once. $75.00 for a Facebook skin and a custom side banner ad designed as well when just a Facebook skin is ordered. Be stable, patient, honest, reliable (no excuses of any kind) 2. Be creative and have Jedi Knight like with graphics and html skills. :D 3. MUST have twitter, youtube and facebook designs in your portfolio to show me that you have done. If you have ZERO experience in these three social media design skins plese DON'T bother bidding. 4. MUST have Skype to talk live on the phone (not just chat) and email. 5. MUST listen to my very detailed directions that I always give, with that said I always encourage ideas and feedback with designers I work with. I will pay half once half the project is done, half when installed on my clients and my own companies Twitter/FB/YT pages. When contacting me please provide several design examples. I highly prefer to hire U.S, Canada, Europe, Russia, Phillipines, Japan, China, UK designers. But will entertain other areas possibly. I already have the layouts, concept and all images for this first Twitter and YouTube designs. Should be very quick to do, again pays $115.00.
