We are in need of a high-end web designer familiar with the concept of "Responsive Web Design" to help us convert our existing website to a design that is responsive and accessible across all browsers and devices (especially Smartphones). It has to be designed with SEO optimization in mind. The initial version of the website must meet the following requirements: The look and feel must be consistent with what we have. Must incorporate all our existing pages. Must a design that is responsive and accessible across all browsers and devices (especially Smartphones). Must have a page where we can publish news articles. Must provide a template page that we can close when we have to add additional pages. The project has to be completed in 7 days from the date it has been awarded.
