Build a Confession Website

I would like a very clean and flat design confession website like the Confession Box on codecanyon Additions 1. its targeted at schools, similar to something I saw on a facebook page which I will tell best bidder, as a result the user should also select his/her school When posting. 2. The Admin should be able to display whatever stats in either pie-chart or bar chart on the front end. For example There should be a bar chart on the front end of the 5 leading school in the number of confessions from that school or The number of Female to Male Confessions. 3. Each User remains anonymous however he or she may reveal Identity. For example, if there is in other to claim a prize for example, Admin needs to Reward the best voted or liked Confession of the month. The Admin must be able to ascertain the right person gets the gift. 4. Deeds or Dears, users post something they dear anyone to do and if the user wants to do it he does it and takes pictures and uploads, while at it a clock counts down that someoneis in the process of doing the Deed or challenge. Users with More accomplished Deeds Are Rewarded. However, Privacy and Anonymity are important here. More details for good bid within budget. But the project is a simple one.
