The idea is that every person who downloads the app appears on a map. One person in a area of the map appears as a red dot - "IN" and can tip blue dots around him/her (the other players). If the 'in' person gets within 2 meters of an 'out' person the 'out' person becomes 'in'. You can play the massive multiplayer game - where you physically go down the street and find an 'out' person or play a local game with your friends (perhaps around your house).
