Graphic Designer Needed for several vinyl banners

Hello, We are in the process of hiring a printing company to create some banners for us, but they don't provide the graphic design. We already have what we want each banner to have (logos, text, information, etc), we just need a graphic designer to make it into something that looks great! For example, adding colors, fonts, backgrounds, text effects, etc. We will provide you with the exact dimensions of each graphic, as well as our drafts, which we already created in Adobe Illustrator. Banners will be the following sizes: 1 x 9ft x 5ft 6 x 4ft x 3.5ft 2 x 5ft x 3.5ft Again, your input as an artist is appreciated, but as far as the design and information and concept, that is done. You just have to just make them look awesome. I will provide the winning designer with the specifications the print shop requests for this job. Please bid according the the whole project. Thank you!
