We need new artwork for our top banner. It is important for the pier drawn in detail. In our current artwork at [login to view URL] , you notice that the pilings are not similar or the railing is also not similar. We would like the picture to look somewhat cartoon/surreal. It needs to be hand drawn and computer colored/enhanced. The final artwork needs to be in PSD format with 300DPI and a minimum of 10" wide. This is the first of many ocean/scenery artwork projects. We are looking for a specific style and if you can provide it, we will be hiring you for 25+ more artwork projects. We would like to have the scene drawn from this angle with a huge sun rising from behind the pier.
