Hi, If the modules are common used modules it is easy to update them. If you have console access to the server it can be done using drush, or if it is a shared server with ftp access it can be done just overwriting the new modules over the old ones. I usually complete this task just copying them. In most cases it is just this simple. In more complicated cases it needs to run an update script but this is usually done automatically. If you have any custom module that has any issues with the new core I can review the module and try to fix the issue. I have lot of experience writing custom modules for Drupal 7. Regards
