We are looking to outsource our job bookings whilst we are away for our daughters wedding in Spain late June. We need someone to monitor our gmail bookings account and be able to enter jobs in serviceM8. Can you recommend anyone we could use? Would prefer to arrange a job rate rather than hourly rate as the amount of jobs vary from 5 - 15 per day and need to be booked in advance or on the day depending on nature of work / if emergency. The way I’m using at moment is I book in the jobs but I send multiple sms’s out to the tenants using apple messenger then copy text responses back into jobs.

I am based in Melbourne and have a government qualification (Certificate II) in Business Administration & Customer Service. I have worked for a very reputable company doing data entry for the past 2 and a half years but am now looking to go virtual. I I have taught English overseas which saw me liaise with other teachers and parents, I have written exams and hundreds of accompanying reports. I have much experience in lesson planning too and i;m very organised. I am also prepared to work in the time zone of my employer if required.
