Need an Interactive Political Website Built

I need someone to build me a U.S. political website that is a group picture of the US Senate where you roll your mouse over faces of the senators in the image and a frame pops up describing any infamy a member has experienced or been accused of (I can supply this information to the winning bidder for inclusion in the website). The site should also include a page of images of presidents, vice presidents and presidential candidates drinking alcohol where if you click or roll over the image, a quote of something embarrassing or stupid that they’ve said pops up. You can only use Bush Jr. 1 time but you must use Sarah Palin at least 3 times. You may use any public domain images for this site, you do not need to take the photo yourself. I can also supply photos if you need them. I already have a domain name for this site and hosting, so you can build the site directly on the domain name on my host. This website is an item in a charity scavenger hunt I am participating in, and the proceeds from the entry fee for the hunt go to fund art education programs for needy children in Haiti. I'm pretty good at designing websites myself, but I've got other freelance businesses that I run, and this one will take more time to build this week than I have available, so I come to you here at Freelancer.com for help. The kids in Haiti need me to get this site made! Incidentally, the hunt started yesterday (Nov. 20) and ends on the 27th, so the site should be made quickly, as in before the 27th of November.
