I do live streaming using icecast2 (Karl-branch) runing the server on top of windows 2003. I need to be able to re-stream and/or live-stream stations using wowzamedia server. In few words, i need a [login to view URL], [login to view URL] & [login to view URL] files to acomplish my needs. Example of flash player for a given station: http://domainname/phpfile?broadcast=station -Where Station correspond to DATABASE-FILE -> station_name SCENARIO: ======== RE-STREAMING ------------ -Allow/Deny new connections, based on maxconnetion value, set previously for that station_name. LIVE-STREAMING -------------- -Allow/Deny new connections, based on maxconnetion value set previously for that station_name. -allow/Deny new connections, based on station/Password/Bitrate combination that is been made from the live encoder. ( ex: using the metadatas been sent from encoder ) THE FILES: ========= CONTROL-FILE ------------ Either a [login to view URL], [login to view URL], or whatever aproach need it to be. DATABASE ALIKE -------------- ( [login to view URL] ) -> contain the fields to be use. -To be Readed by the CONTROL-FILE at SERVER-SIDE either for RE-STREAMING and/or LIVE-STREAMING -To be handle to add/mod/del Station Records from another external remote [login to view URL] ( [login to view URL] ) -> contain 1 password. -This file will be use to Allow/Deny the access to the [login to view URL] file for add/del/mod functions DATABASE DESCRIPTION -------------------- ( [login to view URL] ) FIELDS ------ Station_name -> string [to be use for Re-streaming & live-streaming code] Max_connections -> numeric [to be use for Re-streaming & live-streaming code] Max_bitrate -> numeric [to be used for the live-streaming code] Allow_stream -> numeric [to be used for the live-streaming code] ( [login to view URL] ) FIELD ----- password -> string [to be used for allow a remote .swf to work with [login to view URL] file. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
