Need bids from qualified (no rookies; no try outs; no time wasters) professional web design company who have experience in building a effective and visiually attractive and simple to navigate without clutter websites. Company need to have prior experience in designing websites for IT and Business process outsourcing (BPO) companies - these websites tend to be different than mom and pop websites designed for accountants, dentists or florists. Website is for professional start up which specializes in outsourcing IT and BPO work. When you bid please do provide the links for the similar work you've performed. Website will have only static HTML web pages (no ecommerce; no huey! guey! designing required). Total pages not to exceed 15 pages.
