Game Artwork and Graphics, and Design (Flash puzzle game)

Hi! I have been designing a Flash game in my free time for the last 9 months. I'd say it's about 80% complete at this point. I'm no artist though; it could really use a graphic overhaul. Basically you are trying to pick three tiles that comprise a "set", where their characteristics are either all the same or different. It supports online multiplayer games, high score boards, and a ranking system. Basically I am looking for someone to come in and take charge of redesigning the graphical aspects of the game. In my head, I want this to be a little more bright and lively, something closer to Bejeweled than what it is now. Here's a list of things that need work: - cards - the shapes on the cards (with these possibly being animated) - gameplay intro graphics - gameplay background images - gameplay UI design - gameplay "victory" design / graphics / animation These are lower-priority but would be nice too: - intro graphics and main menu design - animations for cards being chosen / being removed from screen - animations for "hints" - online lobby UI design Basically I am pretty open-minded about the overall look of the game; I just want something flashier, more polished, and more appealing. I'm hoping you can bring your own style to the game. I would prefer someone who can use Flash, but I am open to working with someone who does design mostly in Photoshop (right now the graphics are mostly PNGs). Please send along a work sample / portfolio. This game will be launched on Kongregate by the end of April. It's designed with mobile in mind so it will launch on Kongregate's mobile app as well. I am also open to revenue sharing if you are interested; Kongregate pays for views. I don't expect this to make much money of course - it's mostly important to me as I'm going to use this game in my portfolio when applying for programming / game dev jobs.
