Extensions and bugfixes to our Flex based app

We have an SWF component that is developed by using the following technologies: 1. Adobe Flex Builder 3 2. Adobe Text Layout Framework 3. Senocular display library We are looking for an experienced developer that is able and willing to quickly get up to speed with our system and add the required improvements. An example of the application can be seen on [login to view URL] The improvements are specified in the attachment. First I need a proposal regarding the complete set of issues. After we have selected a provider, we will prioritize and split the project into 2 releases. The provider will have to work through our issue tracker and our version control system and provide daily status updates and daily or max 2-daily commits.
