Have Modifications Made to a File Maker Go App 1. Ability to Email a single customer a report card or all report cards for the clinic to a user imputed email address. 2. Ability to perform end of year purge: Exporting all PDFs for Report Cards and Oral Exams for the year into a Archival to be stored off app offline. Ensure user is warned “Are you sure you want to Archive and Delete all Images from APP?” After the purge images are purged all customer history remains in contact but all pictures have been deleted from the app. 3. Ability to export into excel all prior clinic data and customer info to include as follows: 4. Clinic Name, Location, Date of clinic 5. Customers name ,pet names Date and time of appointment 6. Address and cell numbers and associated email. 7. Ability for App to determine when customer is entered into app for appointment, to look and see if customer is a returning customer and if so have the app check to see if there last appointment was within the last 15 months and have the app indicate the customer has returned in the 15 month window of time making them eligible for the customer loyalty discount. 8. Ability to export report cards for clinics, both for all or individual reports cards to a target folder in dropbox. 9. Ability to export before and after photos for a clinic or individual to target folder in dropbox. 10. Ability to make any changes. i.e. Name change to clients or pets 11. Need to be able to enter all mixed breads 12. We used to be able to email customers report cards and oral exams directly from ipad, this topped working and needs to be fixed.
