About us: Created 7 years ago, we have helped tens of thousands of people travel inexpensively (lowest price on the market but at a better quality than most) and make new friends and create very strong social bonds. We organize inexpensive trips and events (some free) mostly in Paris and occasionally in other big cities of the world. Main brand WeDiscover Paris) We're looking for an experienced (or inexperienced but who is able to adapt) community manager to help our team with our communication and moderation actions on Saturday and Sunday. We need help with launching new facebook events (we create the content it just need to be launched and spread on different pages) and with moderation (answering messages respecting some simple rules) In order to do the launch English is enough but in order to do proper moderation the person should also speak French (not mandatory, but important) Project deliverables: - Launch Facebook respecting some simple rules - Moderate Facebook pages Second priority - Create engaging content to generate interest and virality for some campaigns - Other needs can arise Skills this project requires: - Experience managing social media on Facebook (Instagram would be an extra) - If you have knowledge about the tourism industry or you are a traveller it can be a plus. Being fluent or native in French is a big plus Mission : long term (several years) Work details & process : In the beginning work volume between 1,5-3h for Saturday and 1,5-3h for Sunday (depending on internet connexion, speed of work etc) Monthly salary: around 150$ (you find 10 clients like us (and you deliver) and you have 1500$ per month, every month (we can even accept vacation time once or two times a year) Recruitment process: pré selection between all profiles that we receive on all websites, then very short chat with 3-4 candidates, small phone training (maybe with screen share) + small written tutorial, then you apply the knowledge (it’s very easy) and if it goes well you are recruited (you will be paid for the working hours of the test, not the training where I will teach you how to use Facebook properly; it’s normal as people pay me as a consultant to teach them what I will teach the selected candidate...basic techniques & work optimisation) Our main Facebook page is WeDiscover Paris and has 53.000 likes
