I code in VB.NET and not Python though. Could you please provide more information on which betting houses you are using? As well as what functions and characteristics your software would need? I can create a piece of software which runs on your desktop with a user interface to show the required information and make it possible to change configurations etc. It would be coded in VB.NET and can run a Database to store bets/odds information if required. This could take me 1 to 3 weeks at the current rate of $9USD with max 10hrs per week. Or I can do $19USD per hr for 40hrs per week. I also have my Diploma in Software Engineering and Design.
