Financial Analyst - Energy Projects Financial Modelling -- 2

We provide financial advisory firm focused exclusively on investment in distributed clean energy such as photovoltaics, energy storage, energy efficiency, energy management. We advise investors and clients (both from public administration and private sector) about the best way to invest in clean energy related projects. Quick, effective and sophisticated financial modelling is key in order to strategically advise our clients and support their decision-making process. For these reasons we are progressively increasing in staff in order to serve more clients and projects in parallel and get to deal closing at a faster pace. The Financial Analyst (FA) will be engaged primarily in excel financial modelling. He/she will receive the information of a certain energy project as INPUT. All the hypothesis related to the financial modelling will be discussed and agree with us. The expected output is the financial modelling of energy projects with the cash flows streams available for the senior debt, mezzanine and equity. Valuation and ratio analysis will be expected. It is fundamental to include sensitivity analysis and scenario analysis for the main drives of the project analysis. Risk analysis will be structured in accordance with us. Occasionally it might be required support for the preparation of teaser, executive summaries, Power point presentation and Memos for Investors and financiers. The free-lance must have developed a significant experience in energy / infrastructure project financing / investment modelling. Deep knowledge of the excel (VBA preferred) and very agile in its use. Methodical, precise, detailed oriented, the candidate has to have the capability to understand the collateral (the project), its driving forces and dispose of the vision and tool in order to convert it in a model. Experience is key in order to being able to quantify the time needed in order to agree a timetable and being able to respect it timely.
