Temperature-controlled cup holder

Design a prototype that can heat/cool berverage to desireable temperature using peltiar module. Propose features -microcontroller as the brain for sensing and controlling temperature -modular sortware design for incorporating multiple cups, if desired by manufacturer -bulit in vehicle -buttons/knobs and LCD display -slip into the cup holder with as much contact as possible without it being too tight that it get stuck -aluminum cup for the beverage -aluminum cup holder for maximum contact and heat control -contacts on the sides and bottom for peltiar module -both cup and cupholder need not be cylindrical -fan underneath the cup holder that blows downward and sucks in air through the heat sinks of the peltiar module -the prototype need not be designed to fit a particular vehicle, just that its feasible Required -a detail block diagram of the product with explanation or a rough draft of product with explanation -suggestions for the design - what equipment we need to buy especially what kind of peltiar we need.
