Deadline: Tomorrow I need a professional who is well-equipped with the Primavera P6 I started already building a project, with a known cost, duration, and activities. Everything in the project is built. I only have a problem with the total float, it gave me a negative total float. I NEED IT TO BE ZERO. Please don't change any cost, the project must be finished on 17 Oct 2019. I need to submit it by tomorrow. Restrictions: - Negative Total Float is not accepted in all activities. - Don’t change the cost or resources. - Total Float must be less than 20 days in all activities. (21,22,23,24 is accepted) - (Activity Code: ww0002) must be finish at 26 / 09 / 2018. - (Activity Code: ww0003) Stoppage period must be finish at 18 Feb 2019. - Al Arradyia Line must be started on 18 Feb 2019. - (Activity Code: ww150) must be started on 6-9 March 2019. - Please don’t change a big difference in the durations.

Hi buddy, let me offer a little cue, it might help. There must be one or more activities with restrictive constraint, probably a "start on". Check if it is possible for you to change this to another like "start on or after", then re-schedule. The end date might change, it is up to you if you can resolve it by fast tracking or crashing.
